Dave Rosenblum
After establishing the ICY (Inner City Youth) Racing Team in 1985, Rosenblum raced in various road racing series and earned multiple championships. In 2004, he partnered with team owner Joe Aquilante to form ICY Racing / Phoenix Performance to field two Subaru Impreza WRX STI racecars in the Touring 2 class of the SCCA Club Racing Nationals series. After earning the Midwest and Northeast Divisional Championships along with the 2005 National Championship, the team is aiming to retain the national title in 2006.

Chuck Hemmingson
Popularly known for his adept car set-up skills and consistently quick lap times, Hemmingson is an accomplished road racer in his own right. Driving for the Subaru Club Racing Team managed by
ICY Racing / Phoenix Performance, he has attained multiple race wins in the 2005 SCCA Club Racing National series in his Subaru Impreza WRX STI and finished the season as the SCCA Club Racing National Champion in Touring 2. Watch out for this devastatingly efficient driver in the racing series in 2006.

Kristian Skavnes
As the third driver in the Subaru Club Racing Team for 2006, Skavnes finished an impressive second in the 2005 National Championship event and also earned the Northeast Divisional Championship title in a Subaru Impreza WRX STI prepared by ICY Racing / Phoenix Performance. With racing experience stemming from the SCCA World Challenge and IMSA Endurance Series, his professionalism and tenacity won him the coveted Mark Donohue Award for Outstanding Performance & Sportsmanship in 2005.
