Event Preview: SEMA

Oct 27, 2005

For most, October’s close means falling leaves as the seasons turn to autumn or kids dressed in costumes and gorging on candy in celebration of Halloween. For car geeks, the coming of November means an in-depth look at the automotive aftermarket – from everything the USA has to offer to the Essen Motorshow in Germany where everything the Europeans have on tap will be displayed. First up… SEMA.

This month Subdriven will be covering both shows, starting next week with SEMA. This industry show in Las Vegas covers everything from monster trucks to low riders and everything in between.

Subaru always has a strong showing at SEMA, primarily anchored by the company’s own presence. Their company stand usually includes some cool cars, while there’s usually a thick collection of modded scoobs on display around the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Subdriven will have staff on the ground covering the show. Thanks to SubySolutions.com for sponsoring this year’s coverage. Expect galleries throughout the week, and an event wrapup by week’s end.
